When you create an account, we collect your email address and password. Passwords are stored securely by Supabase Auth and are never accessible to site staff in plain text.

When you use the site, we store content you create: your profile information, display name, biography, uploaded artwork and images, character data, comments, and activity such as follows, favorites, and Strike submissions.

2. How We Use It

We use your data solely to operate Scribble Strife:

• Your email address is used for login and account security only
• Your profile and content is displayed to other users as you configure it
• Favorites marked private are visible only to you
• Moderation data such as ban reasons and reports is used to enforce the Terms of Service
• Season and Ink data is used to calculate scores and display standings

3. What We Do Not Do

• We do not sell your data to third parties
• We do not serve advertising of any kind
• We do not share your email address with other users or external parties
• We do not use your content to train AI models

4. Third-Party Services

Scribble Strife uses Supabase to store data, handle authentication, and host uploaded images. Data is stored on Supabase infrastructure. Refer to the Supabase Privacy Policy for details on how they handle data.

Scribble Strife does not use third-party analytics, advertising networks, or tracking services.

5. Cookies and Sessions

Scribble Strife uses browser local storage to maintain your login session. We do not use third-party tracking cookies. No advertising or analytics cookies are set.

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account exists. If your account is deleted, your profile and associated content will be removed. Some records, such as moderation logs relating to bans, may be retained for a longer period for safety purposes.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To make a request, contact us at the address below. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Children

Scribble Strife is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will remove it promptly.

We may update this policy as the site evolves. Changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
