1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Scribble Strife, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Do not share your account with others. Only one active account is allowed per person.

4. Content You Post

You retain ownership of artwork, characters, and other content you upload. By posting it, you grant Scribble Strife a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and store that content for the purpose of operating the site. You confirm you have the right to post anything you upload and that it does not infringe anyone else's intellectual property.

5. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not post or do any of the following:

• Sexual or suggestive content involving minors, or characters coded as minors regardless of stated age
• Content depicting real people in sexual or harmful contexts
• Artwork or characters that plagiarize or trace another artist's work without credit and permission
• AI-generated artwork in any form
• Harassment, hate speech, slurs, or targeted abuse of other users
• Spam, unsolicited advertising, or coordinated manipulation of site features
• Links to malware, phishing pages, or other harmful external content
• Content that violates any applicable United States federal law

6. Mature Content

Mature and adult content is permitted only where the site's filter system allows it and only in designated areas. You must tag your content accurately using the correct filters. Nudity, suggestive themes, and sexual content are not permitted in profiles or comments regardless of filter settings.

7. Seasons and Strikes

Participating in Scribble Strife seasons and submitting Strikes is subject to additional rules published on the Rules page. Ink rewards and season outcomes are at the discretion of the moderation team. Ink is not redeemable for real-world value and has no monetary worth.

Artwork created or received through Scribble Strife must remain non-commercial. It may not be sold, auctioned, or exchanged as an item of value. For physical Strikes, the recipient may be asked to reimburse postage only.

8. Termination

We may suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these Terms. Bans issued for serious violations, including child safety violations, are permanent and not subject to appeal.

9. Disclaimer

Scribble Strife is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for lost content, missed season participation, or any damages arising from use of the site.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
